About Ganpat University

Ganpat University (GUNI) is a State Private multidisciplinary and not-for-profit university situated in the Gujarat, India. It is established by the State legislature of the Govt. of Gujarat through enactment of Act No.19 of 2005 dated April 11, 2005. GUNI is accredited with "A Grade" by National Accreditation and Assessment Council (NAAC). The University has also been included in the list of universities maintained by UGC under section 2(f) of the UGC Act, 1956. The University is a permanent member of the Association of Indian Universities (AIU). The University offers Diplomas, Undergraduate, Postgraduate and Research Programs in various academic disciplines such Engineering and Technology, Pharmacy, Management, Computer Applications, Sciences. Architecture Design & Planning. Social Science and Humanities, Maritime Studies, Nursing, and Agriculture through its constituent colleges. About UVPCE

Ganpat University - U. V. Patel College of Engineering (GUNI-UVPCE) is situated in Ganpat Vidyanagar campus. It was established in September 1997 with the aim of providing educational opportunities to students from various strata of society. It is one of the constituent colleges of Ganpat University. It was armed with the vision of educating and training young talented students in the field of Engineering and Technology so that they could meet the demands of Industries in Gujarat and across the globe. The institute is a self-financed institute approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi and the Commissionerate of Technical Education, Government of Gujarat. The College is spread over 25 acres of land and is a part of Ganpat Vidyanagar Campus. It has six ultra-modern buildings of architectural splendor, classrooms, tutorial rooms, seminar halls, offices, drawing hall, workshop, library, well equipped departmental laboratories and several computer laboratories with internet connectivity through 1 Gbps Fiber link, satellite link education center with two-way audio and one-way video link. The superior infrastructure of the Institute is conducive for learning, research, and training.

The Institute offers various undergraduate programs, postgraduate programs, and Ph.D. programs. Placement plays a key role in shaping the future of the students and keeping this in mind; the institute has endeavored healthy relations with the prominent industries.  These tie-ups are mutually beneficial. The industries get a chance to employ the resources of the institute for their R & D. In turn they extend every possible help to the institute especially with regard to providing hands-on training to the students. As part of this initiative, Incubation Centre/Start-up activities have also been developed.

About National Additive Manufacturing Centre West

National Strategy on Additive Manufacturing (NSAM) is an initiative by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), Government of India, aimed at positioning India as a global hub for Additive Manufacturing (AM) by fostering innovation, research, and skill development. NSAM envisions the development of a robust ecosystem to promote design-led manufacturing, ensuring industry readiness, competitiveness, and self-reliance in strategic sectors. The Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), Government of India, launched the National Strategy on Additive Manufacturing (NSAM) in February 2022 with the goal of accelerating research, development, and deployment of Additive Manufacturing (AM) technologies across the country. MeitY’s ongoing implementation program under NSAM focuses on promoting AM in both traditional sectors and emerging domains where Indian manufacturing can benefit significantly from AM adoption. Under this initiative, Ganpat University has been designated as the National Additive Manufacturing Centre West (NAMCW). The centre serves as a regional hub with the primary objective of increasing the deployment rate of AM technologies  across six western states Gujarat, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Haryana, Punjab, and Rajasthan. NAMCW focuses on advancing AM through skill development, industry-academia collaboration, innovation, and hands-on training using cutting-edge infrastructure in digital design and additive manufacturing technologies.

● All submitted papers will undergo a rigorous peer-review process by the International Technical Program Committee.

Submission Process

All authors submitting papers to ICEDMAM-2026 are required to submit their manuscripts through the official Microsoft Conference Management Toolkit (CMT) portal. To ensure transparency, quality, and an unbiased review process, the conference will strictly follow a structured peer-review mechanism using the Microsoft CMT system.


Mandatory Submission Guidelines

✔️ All abstracts and full papers must be submitted only through Microsoft CMT.

 ✔️ Email submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances.

 ✔️ Each paper will undergo a double-blind peer review process.

 ✔️ Authors must ensure that the manuscript is prepared as per the conference template.

 ✔️ Review comments and revision instructions will be communicated exclusively through the CMT portal.

 ✔️ Final camera-ready submission must be uploaded via CMT before the deadline.


Important Note for Authors

● At least one author must register and present the paper for inclusion in the proceedings.

● Only presented papers will be considered for publication in proceedings and potential journal recommendation.

● Failure to comply with CMT submission guidelines may lead to rejection without review.

Peer Review Guidelines

All submissions to the conference will undergo a rigorous peer-review process to ensure high academic quality and relevance to the conference themes. The review process will be managed through the online submission and review system and will follow internationally accepted scholarly publication standards.

1. Review Process

All submitted manuscripts will be subjected to a double-blind peer review process, where the identities of both authors and reviewers are concealed to ensure fairness and objectivity. Each manuscript will be evaluated by at least two independent expert reviewers (National and International external reviewers with expertise in the relevant subject area).

2. Initial Screening

Before the peer review process begins, all submissions will undergo an initial editorial screening conducted by the Conference Chairs or Track Chairs to ensure that the manuscript:
